In Chișinău, Lidia and Masato run a marital agency that connects Moldovan women and Japanese men. Nadia is preparing to visit her future husband, Mitsuhiro, in Japan and get to know what life feels like there, while Takashi gets an Orthodox baptism, so he can marry Axenia the Moldovan way.

The Junction is one of Hulme's old pubs, where the social patchwork of the neighbourhoods of South Manchester (Moss Side, Hulme, Longsight, Rusholme...) becomes visible and where Irish and West Indies working classes have been coming in contact during the past 50 years. During the short film, we get a glimpse of the importance of music to migrant communities in Manchester, and the peculiarities of the neighbourhoods history and long time residents.
